🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bonded Babe Jewelry, every piece of jewelry is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-fitted and permanently welded, we have special guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Permanent Jewelry (Welded)

  • All permanent jewelry sales are final.
    Once a chain is cut and welded to your wrist, ankle, or neck, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If your jewelry breaks due to a welding issue, we will re-weld it at no cost.

  • Repairs and re-welds due to other issues may be subject to a small service fee.

Non-Permanent Jewelry (Removable Pieces)

  • We accept returns/exchanges of unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).

Exchanges

  • Permanent jewelry cannot be exchanged once welded.

  • For non-permanent jewelry, exchanges may be made within 14 days for equal or greater value (customer pays difference if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–20 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Appointment Deposits (if applicable)

  • Deposits for permanent jewelry appointments are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment time.
