Welcome to Bonded Babe Jewelry! By booking an appointment, purchasing jewelry, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Services

• Permanent jewelry services are offered by appointment. Walk-ins may be available at pop-up events but are not guaranteed.

• A valid ID may be required at the time of service.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason (safety concerns, health risks, or inappropriate behavior).

2. Payments

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods as displayed at checkout.

• All payments must be made in full at the time of service or purchase.

• Deposits for permanent jewelry appointments are non-refundable and applied toward your final balance.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within this timeframe.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Permanent Jewelry Policies

• Permanent jewelry is a custom service. Once a piece is welded, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If your chain breaks due to a welding issue, we will repair it at no charge. Other reasons for repair may be subject to a service fee.

• Customers must disclose any allergies to metals prior to welding. We are not responsible for allergic reactions once a piece has been applied.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

• Tracking will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Permanent jewelry sales are final.

• Non-permanent jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn and in original condition (see our [Returns Policy] page).

7. Liability Waiver

By receiving permanent jewelry services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have voluntarily chosen to undergo the welding procedure.

• Bonded Babe Jewelry is not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage to personal property arising from the service.

• You release Bonded Babe Jewelry, its owners, and employees from any claims related to permanent jewelry application.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (images, designs, text, branding) is the property of Bonded Babe Jewelry and may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy

• Your personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) is collected only for order fulfillment and appointment scheduling.

• We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in California courts.
